An opportunity to lead to a sales team and drive revenue for our hugely successful WorkForce Ready solution - a cloud based product that helps organisations embrace their entire workforce with an integrated toolset designed to manage employees from pre-hire to retire.
You’ll be a hands-on manager, who will lead from the front and support the team through successful sales execution.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering stellar sales results with your diverse team spread across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Be a ‘hands on’ manager that is out selling with the team
• Be on the front line, providing the team support throughout the sales cycle
• Establish rigour around measurements of success
• Creating sales cadence and predictability with performance and revenue growth
• Focus on team management; coaching, development and mentoring to drive success
• Build a strong sense of team camaraderie that’s based on collaboration and trust
• Act as an ambassador and role model to your team
• Build strong internal relationships (marketing, presales, professional services) to deliver value to our clients
• Leveraging best practices to take the team to the next level

Qualifications

• A proven sales manager with previous success managing a high performing team
• Tri-lingual (French, Dutch and English) would be a distinct advantage
• Experience selling to mid-sized organisations would be beneficial
• Previous hands on experience in a sales role with strong negotiation skills
• The ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team
• You will need to demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills, with particular focus on effective people management (performance discussions, coaching etc.)
• The ability to work calmly under pressure

You should expect to spend much of your time visiting clients, partners and your sales team. You may also need to attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.
