Description

Kronos is looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals to join Kronos, the global leader in workforce management solutions.

As part of this role the candidate will be responsible to manage sales directly for all accounts in the services & distribution space in western India. Incumbents at the Manager level are individual contributors and carry their own sales quota.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as below:
• Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
• Manage an ecosystem of partners both resellers and system integrators to drive higher velocity in sales

Qualifications

• Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment.
• Field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience.
• You must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record within verticals like BPOs, Logistics, Retail etc
• Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record.
• Ability to interact with CXOs and build relationships.
• Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong educational credentials. Preferably MBA from a top tier institute
• Must demonstrate confidence, character, and leadership and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Traveling extensively by plane or by car.
• Must have enough technical skills to use Kronos’ demo tools, databases, and to function professionally with their own pc.
• Can ask hard questions to uncover the truth
• Highly developed presentation skills
