Description

Our Lead Development Coordinators are an integral part of our Lead Development team. They leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities for the Kronos Sales organization. The main responsibility of the person in this position is to manage an inbound unassigned lead queue. In this position you will also work closely with Marketing to increase the number of qualified leads produced.
• Obtain leads from the Kronos website, programs or events
• Research the lead and forward it to that appropriate Lead Development Representative within the appropriate business segment
• Use research tools such as Hoovers, Websites, Linked In, Make outbound calls directly to Companies to gather intelligence
• Willingness to assist with other administrative tasks for the LDR or Marketing team at Management request

Qualifications

• Seeking 6 months - 1year of business development or internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Technical aptitude- use of LinkedIn and other social platforms for leads
• Detail oriented
