Description

This position requires the ability to successfully prospect for new sales opportunities within the Public Sector and/or Oil and Gas Vertical. This includes developing new prospect opportunities and expanding Kronos’ presence with our current customer base. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business issues.

More specifically, a successful Sales Executive will:
•Conduct cold calls, prospect and qualify account opportunities
•Develop pipelines of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
•Identify and creates business needs with senior executive decision makers
•Create and communicate the value of Kronos solution with prospects and clients
•Build relationships at all levels within organizations
•Develop a detailed territory plan
•Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree required
•Proven experience selling software solutions at the C level in the medium and enterprise market space
•Consistently overachieving on 2M+ sales quotas
•Experience selling Human Capital management, or HR and Payroll application-oriented software and or systems strongly preferred
•Specialty selling into the Public Sector and/or Oil and Gas market segments
