About the Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in Kronos to drive end to end new business sales in the UK SMB market of our Cloud product – WorkForce Ready. Sales cycles are of a 3-6 month period from nurturing incoming enquiries through to customer negotiation and deal closing.

Responsibilities include:
• Transform leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities
• Communicate Kronos value proposition via phone, web interaction selling, and e-mail communication
• Identify hidden agendas that might interfere with resolution of terms and respond to objections successfully
• Engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of Kronos UK.
• Obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle
• Communicate high value of services over the competition
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus
• This role is not expected to involve travel to customers, but occasional travel to other Company offices will be required to ensure a wider integration with the UK team


About You

• Ultimately a proven track record in end to end sales, ideally within software to the SMB market
• An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential, together with a friendly and flexible approach. Confidence in cold and warm calling
• Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within Inside Sales or similar environment
• Able to identify key people to bring about change communication skills a necessity, as is the ability to communicate on all levels
• Able to fit in to a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork
