Description

Responsible for selling the company's products or services directly to end-users. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry or product segment. Career Level: Career-level sales account managers who are fully qualified, experienced professionals; larger accounts or quotas/territories are typically assigned to career-level account managers. Most companies would match 75% to 80% of their nonmanagement sales population to the Career level. Companies that have only one level of account manager should match the Career level. Incumbents typically have 5 - 8 years of direct work experience.

This position requires the ability to successfully prospect for new sales opportunities within the Healthcare Vertical. This includes developing new prospect opportunities and expanding Kronos’ presence with our current customer base. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business issues.



More specifically, a successful Sales Executive will:
•Conduct cold calls, prospect and qualify account opportunities
•Develop pipelines of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
•Identify and creates business needs with senior executive decision makers
•Create and communicate the value of Kronos solution with prospects and clients
•Build relationships at all levels within organizations
•Develop a detailed territory plan
•Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree required
•Proven experience selling software solutions at the C level in the medium and enterprise market space
•Consistently overachieving on 2M+ sales quotas
•Experience selling Human Capital management, or HR and Payroll application-oriented software and or systems strongly preferred
•Specialty selling into the manufacturing market segments
