Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen in Kronos to drive end to end new business sales in the UK mid-market of our Cloud product – WorkForce Ready. Sales cycles are of a 4-6 month period from nurturing incoming enquiries through to customer negotiation and deal closing.
• Transform leads into productive business outcomes; manage and close existing deals while cultivating, qualifying and developing new opportunities
• Communicate high value of services over the competition.
• Follow a formal sales process geared towards multi-stage enterprise opportunities
• Identify hidden agendas that might interfere with resolution of terms.
• Able to obtain agreement from multiple parties throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
• Adapt presentations to suit a particular audience; respond to objections successfully.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision
• To ensure that Salesforce CRM and other sales and/or administrative tools are updated in a timely manner with accurate information.
• To gain agreement from customers wherever possible for reference visits, case studies and press releases to help further promote Kronos within the wider market
• To engage in other activities as appropriate that will help the team achieve its targets and more generally contribute to the overall success of Kronos UK.
• Maximise productive time in phone selling, web interaction selling, and e-mail communication.
• This role is not expected to involve travel to customers, but occasional travel to other Company offices will be required to ensure a wider integration with the UK team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within customer, tying them all together with strategic vision and focus.
• Coach and mentor junior Inside Sales Representative as and when necessary to share experience and knowledge.

Qualifications

• An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential, together with a friendly and flexible approach. Confidence in cold and warm calling.
• Ideally the successful candidate will have experience within Inside Sales or similar environment.
• To recognise that Kronos is quarterly driven and to focus on meeting individual quarterly targets.
• Able to identify key people to bring about change communication skills a necessity, as is the ability to communicate on all levels.
• Sound processing skills in a computerised environment. Excel and Word essential
• Accurate, thorough and self-checking.
• Develop a network of contacts and target specific influential people to reach goals.
• Able to fit in to a working atmosphere that is very much geared towards teamwork.
• Manage multiple tasks and effectively work in a collaborative/team environment.
• Flexible approach is absolutely essential.
• Creativity, initiative and a desire to continually seek improvement is a must.
• Flexible hours required from time to time.
