The Mid Market Sales team in the UK is a team of highly successful sales professionals who deliver value and business HCM optimisation solutions to its customers. This role is a key component to helping deliver aggressive growth within the region through new customer acquisitions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Maximising sales revenue (software, cloud, hardware, and professional services) delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets by managing complex sales cycles.
• Defining an account plan/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities in cross verticals
• Developing and communicating effective business plans both for a prime industry vertical and for key customers to establish Kronos as a strategic long-term partner.
• Establishing new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events. Utilising social media to increase trusted advisor status in the HCM space.
• Building business focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
• Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences and modules across the organisation.
• Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients. Positively impact the businesses bottom line by harnessing the power of people and employee experience.
• Proactively developing marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership.


• Proven experience in new business sales at a CxO level within HCM (preferred), SaaS and/or IT.
• Performance in a business with a 6-9 month sales cycles and achieving consistency over 100%.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation and close.
• Strong industry vertical knowledge and experience providing business application software in the service and distribution, or retail or manufacturing sector.
• Degree level or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Personal Attributes:
o Tenacious, persistent, target orientated, resilient and commercially astute.
o Ability to communicate and articulate clearly at every touch point internally and externally.
o Strong customer facing and presentation skills.
o A ‘can do’ attitude.
