Description

This position requires the ability to successfully prospect for new sales opportunities within our fast growing Manufacturing Vertical. Additionally, one must be competent in developing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes developing new prospect opportunities and expanding Kronos’ presence with our current customer base. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business issues. Collaborative team selling experience desirable. You will be working out of a remote home office covering our Monterrey territory.

•Set a business plan within own area
•Identify and qualify new prospects
•Create and develop customer relationships with decision makers and professionals in Operations, HR, Finance, IT and CEO’s.
•Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Kronos’ Workforce Management and Scheduling solutions based on the needs analysis and critical business issues.
•Maximize business opportunities and collaborate with internal resources: Marketing - Pré-sales and Professional Services to build a competitive and profitable offer.
•Offered solutions that extend the core Kronos application to implement Client-specific components including interfaces, workflows, exports, dashboards and reports.
•Assures customer satisfaction through the accuracy of delivered information in a timely manner
•Monitor and update the Salesforce.com CRM system to record all communication with customers/prospects, forecast opportunities, activities and recurring revenue
•Provide input to Marketing and Product Management about new market opportunities and customer needs.

Qualifications

•At least 5 years of sales successful experiences within IT /software solution or ERP solutiions
•Fluent in Spanish & English - Please submit resume in English
•Experience selling into enterprise accounts in the manufacturing vertical
•Experience in Cloud Services
•Hunting skills and attitude
•Proven successful sales track-record
•Strong experience managing his/her opportunities in a CRM
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Ability to present a clear business case
•Creative and flexible mind
•Driven to succeed through discipline and self motivation
•A positive & entrepreneurial attitude: ‘can do - will do mentality’
•Work and learn independently and in team
•Bachelor or University degree
