Description

Responsible for selling the company's products or services directly to end-users. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established industry or product segment.

Responsibilities

With a focus on the Services and Distribution vertical, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:


•Maximise sales revenue (hardware, software and professional services) delivering 100%+ of agreed booking / revenue targets.
•Defining an account plan/strategy to scale and breed opportunity.
•Collaborate with all internal/external sales resources.◦Develop and communicate effective business plans both for a prime industry vertical and for key customers to establish Kronos as a strategic long term partner.
◦Establish new business prospects through self-generation activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events.
◦Gain agreements from customers for reference visits, press releases and case studies describing ROI and operational benefits of Kronos deployments.
◦Build business focussed relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.
◦Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences and modules across the organisation.
◦Coordinate and direct appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients.
◦Develop and market solutions based upon Kronos product portfolio and channel partner applications.
◦Proactively develop marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership

Qualifications

•Proven experience in new business sales at a CxO level within Software and IT.
•Performance in a business with a 6-9 month sales cycles and achieving consistency over 100%.
•Strong industry vertical knowledge and experience providing business application software in Services, Transport, Distribution and Logistics
