This Sales Executive position requires the ability to successfully prospect for sales opportunities and must be a key contributor to the revenue growth of the region; located in Mexico City.
Additionally, one must be competent in developing and executing a winning sales strategy. This includes developing new opportunities, managing all reseller partnerships within Kronos guidelines and motivating, educating and training the partners in the Company’s products and technologies.
The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements and recommend the Kronos solutions that will solve their business issues. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s relationship customers, reseller or distributors
• Channel partner development and monitoring
• Work closely with channel partner and distributor to win deals
• Implement sales incentive programs for channel partners
• Arrange channel partner sales training, seminar, product selling guide presentation
• Generate channel business revenue growth to achieve target quota
• Identification channel partner capability to increase revenue by region
• Make channel development business plan
• Working in conjunction with a team of named partner, the channel representative will identify customer needs and propose Kronos solutions to fulfill those needs
• Work with senior management on strategic plans, report needs, trends and make recommendations for corrective actions


• Must have 3+ years’ experience in selling software products to commercial companies. Workforce Management and HCM knowledge is a plus
• Must be a driven and highly motivated individual who is also able to work in a team environment
• Ability to represent and understand HCM solutions is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to exceed quota required. Must be able to build business plans as well as execute on those plans
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally as well as externally are required
