About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge who can utilise their direct selling skills to identify and develop new business opportunities across the Benlux region.
 
Achieve the set revenue targets of the new Business Development and execute your sales plan with clear goals, strategies and actions.
Grow the market by finding new customers. Manage with autonomy the full sales process:
- Set a business plan within own area
- Identify and qualify new prospects
- Create and develop customer relationships with decision makers and professionals in Operations, HR, Finance, IT and CEO’s.
- Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Kronos’ Workforce Management and Scheduling solutions based on the needs analysis and critical business issues.
- Maximize business opportunities and collaborate with internal resources: Marketing - Pre-sales and Professional Services to build a competitive and profitable offer.
- Offered solutions that extend the core Kronos application to implement Client-specific components including interfaces, workflows, exports, dashboards and reports.
- Assures customer satisfaction through the accuracy of delivered information in a timely manner
- Monitor and update the Salesforce.com CRM system to record all communication with customers/prospects, forecast opportunities, activities and recurring revenue
- Provide input to Marketing and Product Management about new market opportunities and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in driving new business sales, successful experience within IT /software Solution / ERP Solution
- Experience selling into Retail & Distribution services and Manufacturing would be advantageous
- Proven successful sales track-record and can demonstrate a ‘hunter’ mentality
- Works through network and search, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present a clear business case
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English
- Creative and flexible mind
- Driven to succeed through discipline and self-motivation
- A positive & entrepreneurial attitude: ‘can do - will do’ mentality
- Work and learn independently and in Team
- Bachelor or University degree
- Willingness to travel
