As part of the Global Services Field Enablement team, the Services Business Development Program Manager will be responsible for key Services Selling activities such development and optimizing business processes, deal governance and best practices and business enablement and effectiveness programs. This role is responsible for building enablement programs that support the rapid evolution of the Global Services Business Development team, ensuring the team is equipped with the right content, skills, and productivity toolsets to maximize growth and customer success. Enablement activities include defining onboarding program, skills matrices and certifications, and assisting in developing learning paths and processes. This role will work cross functionally with Field Delivery teams, Field Sales, Global Services Operations to align Service delivery & Selling strategy and improve the end to end Services sales experience

• Develop current and future end-to-end processes and documentation for quoting, forecasting, and overall Services Selling process; establish process performance measures
• Work directly with Sales and Services teams to build and optimize revenue generation programs, including those with metrics and measures, to help achieve goals
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to understand and increase the quality of Services Selling conversations
• Define metrics around effectiveness, role progression, and career-pathing
• Provide subject matter expertise to Learning team to create and release appropriately focused content and learning objects
• Represent and provide feedback to global cross-functional groups to ensure business process and system requirements are in line with Services Selling needs/strategy
• Develop project plans, cross-functional project teams, change management and communication plans, and success metrics
• Develop and define deal governance including discount approval matrices, SOW/template standardization and non-standard term exceptions process


• BS/BA in Business, Communications, or a related experience
• 7 plus years of Program Management or Operations business experience
• Previous experience supporting a Services organization is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in, Microsoft Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint preferred
• Working knowledge of Services PSA and Quoting systems such as Open Air and Oracle CPQ
• Strategic thinker, problem solver and analytical mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills with an ability to adapt easily to changing needs of the business
• Up to 50% travel
