Lead Development Representatives leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities through outbound calling into Target Accounts and through inbound sales inquiries from Non-Target Accounts. In this position you will work closely with Marketing to increase the number of qualified leads produced.
- Identifies and qualifies new opportunities for Kronos, while providing an additional avenue to keep Kronos in front of the Prospect
- Employs expert prospecting skills to expand contacts or define new product requirements within a prospect and/or customer, while increasing revenue and teaming with field sales
- Maintains a high number of outbound calls to increase number of live conversations per day calling into prospects
- Provides qualified lead information to the field sales organization to assist in account development/ penetration efforts
- Supports marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue


- 3+ years previous business development, prospecting and cold calling, customer service and/or sales experiece strongly preferred; preferably in a high technology environment
- BA/BS preferred
- Experience communicating at the C-level with both external and internal customers or stakeholders
- Effective problem solving, decision making, organizational and written and verbal skills.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Result driven, motivated and resilient mindset
