Our Sales organization has experienced tremendous growth quarter over quarter! We take great pride in the fact that our sales organization has had the highest employee engagement in the company! As a SAP Strategic Partnership Manager, you will assist in the business planning, development, execution and revenue generation of the Kronos/SAP Solex global partnership.

• Leverage experience managing alliance partnerships to grow relationships and open doors for increased Sales team collaboration.
• Support the business planning and development of the Kronos/SAP partnership in order to drive incremental revenue for Kronos.
• Act as the regional point of contact for SAP/Solex, on behalf of Kronos.
• Work collaboratively with Sales leadership to ensure alignment and execution is seamless both internally and externally.
• Partner with the global SAP Sales management to create compelling business cases as to “why Kronos, why SAP”.
• Inspect SAP/Kronos engagements to ensure we are maximizing our revenue potential.
• Submit a business plan quarterly, which encapsulates the key Kronos/SAP business objectives, and details of how revenue targets will be achieved.
• Partner with engineering and services teams to deliver comprehensive integration capabilities.
• Drive partner breadth through execution of Kronos/SAP campaigns and programs.
• Knowledge of all product and technological strategies employed by competitive organizations.
• Meet or exceed all revenue targets assigned to alliance & channel partners.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities based on joint value propositions with managed alliances.


• 5+ years with proven experience selling software solutions at the Executive level
• Significant experience and success operating within the enterprise software market
• Proven SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Multilingual preferred
• Demonstrated track record of growing company revenue by leveraging alliance partners
• Strong global sales experience
• Strong negotiation skills, presence and a strategic view
• Ability to influence with and without authority
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding assigned business goals
• This role will have global coverage and require at least 50% travel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
