The Resource Deployment Specialist will be responsible for assigning resources to project teams implementing Kronos products for our Canadian customers. The person in this role will make decisions based on analysis of skills, availability and corporate goals and will work in close collaboration with professional services management Strong analytical skills and communication skills are critical.

This is a home office position, working a couple of days a week from our office in Mississauga with an estimate of 5% travel.

•Interpret sales orders and statements of work in order to discern products sold, project roles, hours and delivery model
•Use internal systems to collect and analyze relevant data on skills, availability and utilization
•Address skill gaps by documenting lead times, producing skills reports, leading capacity planning discussions with assigned teams and making recommendations for training and mentoring
•Be the central point of contact for staffing requests for a designated group of practices, and regularly communicate with the Area Service Vice Presidents, Practice Directors, Service Portfolio Consultants and Sales Executives
•Partner with practice management to proactively strategize on staffing for upcoming projects based on pipeline
•Communicate with professional services resources to collect information on skills and availability and to share information on project requirements
•Perform system updates and produce reports as required. Identify and escalate any unresolved or unusual problems identified

Other Qualifications
•Bachelors degree or equivalent in a Business, Computer Sciences, or related field with a minimum of 2 or more years experience.
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Excellent written communication skills
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Intermediate to advanced skill using Microsoft Office products
•Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal partners, peers and managers.
•Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
•Organization and time management skills
•Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
•Demonstrated success in cross-organizational collaboration
•Workforce management industry experience a plus
•Bilingual would be an asset but not a must
