The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Maximising sales revenue (software, SaaS and hardware) delivering 100%+ of booking / revenue targets
• Hunt new business prospects through self-generated activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events.
• Generating incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licences and modules across the organisation
• Demonstrate strong sales discipline through accurate forecasting and meeting quarterly commits
• Developing account plans/sales strategy to scale and encourage further sales opportunities
• Leading and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients
• Proactively developing marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within the relevant sector, with the goal of achieving market leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven direct solution selling experience in hunting for new business sales in Enterprise Software, preferably HCM or ERP
• Senior contacts in Singapore headquartered large enterprise accounts. Regional is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in small team environment
• Experience with a 6-9-month sales cycles and consistently achieving over 100%
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through deal negotiation and close.
• Industry vertical knowledge and experience providing business application software in the retail, manufacturing or service and distribution sector is preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa (plus)
• Degree level or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
