A crucial front of house role with administrative and supporting duties which are pivotal to the smooth running of our EMEA Corporates Head Office in Bracknell, UK. As the face of Kronos to our customers and colleagues, this opportunity requires an organised, presentable and multi-tasking professional.

Some responsibilities include:
• Creating an amazing working environment for our team and our guests
• Greet guests and answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Managing office contractors such as cleaners and security
• Providing general administrative support as required
• Ensure the reception and kitchen areas are kept neat and tidy
• Purchase office and kitchen supplies for UK Office locations
• Supporting the EA’s with travel arrangements on Egencia, adding expenses to Concur for Senior Management
• Onboarding process for new employees including inductions for all new starters
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
• Acts as the primary escalation point for day to day office issues


• A positive and sunny disposition at all times. A can-do attitude with a strive to do more for a growing team
• Attention to detail and extremely well organised
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think under pressure and make clear and concise decisions.
• Excellent customer service skills and adaptable.
• Excellent team player
• Computer literate - Skilled in MS Office
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
