Kronos has an opportunity for a communications professional to join our global corporate communications team.
Based in Bracknell, UK you will be responsible for:
• Managing our international public relations, social media and analyst relations programs.
• Work in conjunction with corporate communications colleagues in the U.S. and international marketing and leadership teams to develop and execute PR, social media and analyst strategies and tactics
• Orchestrate thought leader campaigns in support of various corporate and regional objectives, leveraging The Workforce Institute (Kronos’ think tank), and capitalise on the recent launch of The Workforce Institute Europe chapter
• Manage external resources to translate materials into relevant languages

Qualifications

• Experience required, preferably high-tech agency and corporate
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations/communications/international relations
• Experience in media relations, social media, spokesperson training, program execution
• Success working with executives, cross functionally, and managing PR agency resources from various cultures
• Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail
• Fluency in a European language other than English is a benefit (preferable German and or French)
• Experience maintaining corporate social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogs
• Experience with Social Studio, Track Maven, Google Analytics, and native advertising platforms a plus
