The product marketing team at Kronos is seeking a skilled, collaborative Product Marketing Manager. This is a challenging and action-oriented role in which the candidate will help drive the marketing strategy, sales engagement, and content development for Workforce Dimensions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the center of a strategic imperative for Kronos - both upstream with product development and downstream with sales enablement.

• Define the human capital management (HCM) marketing strategy for the Kronos flagship product, Workforce Dimensions
• Act as the Workforce Dimensions marketing expert and liaison between Sales and the Product / Engineering teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing counterparts, and customers to create and execute marketing programs
• Develop and deliver internal and external communications and product training for Workforce Dimensions new features related to the latest releases including HCM readiness
• Serve as an HCM marketing spokesperson at industry events, national / regional events such as SHRM, Kronos user events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Increase Workforce Dimensions awareness in the market through creative marketing execution and a variety of top and mid-funnel tactics
• Expand and enhance the Workforce Dimensions customer network with a focus on full suite HCM users


• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• 5+ years enterprise software experience in marketing or product management, and/or consulting to the professional services industry
• Strong technical acumen and background, preferably having worked upstream with product development
• Self-starter who can identify problems and proactively suggest then execute solutions with minimal hands on supervision
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, to include strong presentations skills, and an ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines to successful completion
• Aptitude for technology and ability to connect and translate product features to customer value
• Flexibility to travel: approx. 20%
