Kronos is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our enterprise workforce management application – Workforce Central. Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of the workforce management domain, product’s buying audiences and market needs. The successful candidate is expected to be a strong collaborator with product management, customer marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Fundamentally the Manager is responsible for developing messaging and positioning that aligns to the company’s overall go-to-market strategy by:
• Collaborating with other functional leaders to develop prospect, customer and sales enablement messaging
• Developing content messaging to support demand generation and customer education campaigns
• Understanding our audience and developing buyer personas and journey maps
• Leading launch for product releases and modules
• Establishing Kronos as a thought leader in the space
• Distilling key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
• Developing differentiated content that resonates with our audiences, including presentations, white papers, web copy, audio/video content, messaging guides, sales cheat sheets, collateral, etc.
• Managing outbound product messaging, positioning, marketing, and deliverables
• Providing product messaging to meet a variety of internal and external needs including press releases, web site copy, newsletters, product guides, and event materials

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software preferably in HR or Workforce Management
• Proven marketing success, positioning and messaging skills
• Ability to think strategically with tactical execution
• Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
• Capable of producing compelling, high quality documents and presentations on short timelines
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

Preferred:
• MBA or Masters from top tiered school
• 5 years of experience in Workforce Management software
• Experience in product management
• Experience in sales enablement/sales training
• Hands-on experience using, supporting, or developing enterprise applications especially HR and Workforce Management
