Description

• Develop and execute the messaging and go to market strategy for Kronos’s core HR and payroll solutions; synthesize market and customer insights to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market/go-to-sales strategies to increase brand affinity and HCM sales leads
• Engage directly with product management and prospects/customers to attract and expand the HR/payroll audience for Kronos products; translate technical concepts and product capabilities into an impactful value-based messaging that resonates with HR/payroll buyers
• Educate and support inside and field sales on our core HR and payroll product capabilities messaging by serving as a product evangelist; serve as a go-to point of contact to the sales team and partners for product information and HCM positioning
• Build, launch and facilitate sales training programs, including – but not limited to – new hire onboarding, product training, industry trend updates and market reviews to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales force
• Provide domain expertise and support marketing programs that help promote and sell core HR and payroll products to our target market; effectively message HCM solutions and ensure consistent product communication across all marketing channels. Examples include developing white papers and other thought leadership collateral, developing and presenting content for webinars, writing blog posts or newsletters with HCM tips/trends, developing product demo talk tracks, and more
• Actively drive and participate in internal and external online discussions and blogs; participate as an evangelist at industry events and trade shows
• Develop content to communicate new product enhancements and launches to Kronos’s cloud customers

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years HCM, HR and/or payroll experience, as well as enterprise product management and/or product marketing experience especially cloud software
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills (ability to speak comfortably at conferences or on webinars)
• A firm grasp of marketing as it relates to effectively communicating ideas and product positioning
• Customer facing skills – ability to represent the company with customers
• Deep customer and domain knowledge
