The product manager defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for a single product/product area. S/he understands the customer and market needs and drives development priorities to maximize the product value.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the product backlog, ideas and dependencies
• Represent the current product state with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data
• Reflect the overall strategy and product vision in our offering strategy and published roadmaps
• Conduct on-going market research to understand competitive landscape and market differentiation of product
• Track industry trends
• Engage with key customers
• Represent the product on critical internal, customer and prospect interactions
• Work with engineering, business analyst and UX resources to
• Identify key feature goals, user personas and scenarios
• Remove roadblocks
• Set priorities
• Provide feedback and insight on UX and functional designs
• Deliver feature commitments on time and on budget
• Partner with internal teams to bring critical customer escalations to closure
• Identify cross domain dependencies
