Kronos, recently recognized as one of the region’s Best Places to Work, is looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in the cloud operations of an Enterprise product or service to help us deliver a world class SaaS experience for our customers. As the Cloud Operations Product Manager, you are the subject matter expert in areas related to Cloud deployments and associated platforms. Your goal is to ensure that the cloud delivery of our Enterprise Workforce Management Solution meets or exceeds the needs and expectations of customers, establishes trust with all stakeholders and wherever possible adds value to our offering.

Understand customer requirements related to the delivery and management of our Enterprise Workforce Management offering, including:

• Provisioning of services
• Security
• Performance
• Availability
• Disaster recovery
• Backup and restore
• Compliance and operational controls
• Employ Cloud best practices when defining, detailing and launching Cloud services for Enterprise customers
• Work with engineers in New Product Development and Operations to build solutions and processes that enhance the overall experience with our Cloud offering
• Continuously update knowledge on latest Cloud technologies with a goal toward ongoing improvement of the offering
• Evangelize the transition to Cloud delivered solutions with internal stakeholders


•Five to seven years of experience as a Technical Product Manager working with an Enterprise-level SaaS offering
•Advanced understanding of cloud operations, including automation, configuration and change management, monitoring, event and alert management, capacity management, SOC2, security and threat detection and similar topics
•Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments and Cloud Virtualization strategies (public cloud is a must)
•Experience with industry best practices and government standards for Cloud operations
•Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders
•Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change quickly and easily

One or more of the following is also desired:

•Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
•Experience working with Workforce Management software
