• Works with PM to understand product requirements, epics and sub-epics
• Responsible for managing version one and all related information
• Attends with PM stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Works under the direction of PM to define product requirements
• Creates detailed use cases workflows
• Translates business requirements into epics and sub-epics
• Works with engineering teams to ensure teams have information needed during sprints and grooming sessions
• Support product documentation
• Represents PM in stand-ups, grooming sessions and sprint reviews
• Participate in business requirements sessions with existing customers to identify the relationship of business needs to product features.
• Review requirements & designs with customers and other stakeholders
• Partner with product managers to understand the application usage patterns.
• Create requirements and/or epics containing detailed use cases for internal and external consumption as well as work with other product managers and architects to finalize feature designs and reviews.
• Work directly with engineering to groom user stories for use in Agile development.
• Advise QA engineers to create usage scenarios for test.
• Acts as the primary product “go to” person for the scrum team
• Accepts scrum team deliverables at the end of each sprint


•Minimum 3-5 years of experience
•Excellent organization and documentation abilities
•A natural ability to understand and interpret non-technical customer requirements into very technical engineering specifications
•A natural behavior of inquisition and ability to identify and eliminate requirements ambiguity
•Excellent problem solving techniques
•Knowledge of system synthesis, analysis, and verification techniques
•Excellent communication skills and a desire to work with people
•The ability to work on simultaneous projects and deal with multiple competing priorities
•Working knowledge of requirements management
•General competency in engineering disciplines (software engineering, Quality Assurance, Domain expertise) is preferred
•Background in engineering, quality assurance, and/or systems analysis
•Knowledge of project management processes and tools is preferred
