Kronos is hiring a Business Analyst responsible for translating customer requirements into detailed stories and/or work. The Business Analyst will analyze, understand and document technical requirements and associated business processes. Candidates must be creative, highly motivated, responsible, and have a passion for solving complex problems.
• Work with product managers to define product requirements; includes work with with internal and external stakeholders to review requirements and designs
• Translate product requirements into Agile user stories providing a high level of detail and relevant use cases
• Work closely with software architects to ensure technical designs meet product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure they have the information needed the development of high-quality software
• Serve as the product expert to guide engineering’s development activities


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with excellent organization and documentation abilities
• An expert in translating customer requirements into product requirements with a solid command of use case methodology and requirements elicitation
• A natural behavior of inquisition and ability to identify and eliminate requirements ambiguity with problem-solving techniques
• The ability to work on simultaneous projects and deal with multiple competing priorities
• Experience with SQL and a general understanding of databases is preferred
• An understanding of software user experience and user interface design is a plus
• General competency in engineering disciplines (software engineering, Quality Assurance) is preferred
