Kronos is hiring a Business Analyst responsible for developing requirements and traceability strategies The Business Analyst will develop and maintain requirements and functional specifications and should be a creative, motivated individual with a passion for solving problems.

•Allocate system requirements to subsystems and components
•Document and maintain traceability through multiple requirement levels
•Design and optimize simultaneous system functionality and performance goals through requirements flow down
•Effectively integrates all aspects of a design through the use of multi-disciplinary engineering
•Assist in system testing and verification activities
•Assist in maintaining cost controls
•Stay abreast of new technology

Qualifications

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience with excellent organization and documentation abilities
•A natural ability to understand and interpret non-technical customer requirements into very technical engineering specifications
•A natural behavior of inquisition and ability to identify and eliminate requirements ambiguity with excellent problem solving techniques
•Knowledge of system synthesis, analysis, and verification techniques
•The ability to work on simultaneous projects and deal with multiple competing priorities
•Working knowledge of requirements management
•General competency in engineering disciplines (software engineering, Quality Assurance, Domain expertise) is preferred
•Background in engineering, quality assurance, and/or systems analysis
•Knowledge of project management processes and tools is preferred
