Job Summary 

Reporting to the Director of HR Innovation and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for launching and driving our Product Communication & Customer Advocacy initiatives across Europe. Working closely with the local marketing teams, you will develop programs that directly benefit Sales and Marketing teams by improving:

product communication to market and customers,

customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references,…),

support for upsell and increase of loyalty and retention.


You will be in charge of transforming our best customers into advocates through client stories, public speeches, press releases… You will be a key member of the International Marketing team with the opportunity to collaborate with peers in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the US and to influence best practices worldwide. You are assisted by a Product & Customer Communication Intern.


Role & Responsibilities 

Lead customer advocacy across Europe 

- Create and manage engagement and advocacy programs; continuously recruit new customers advocates in the region (case studies, speaking opportunities)

- Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and work with the local content departments to develop innovative formats.

- Develop a standard customer lifecycle campaign program and work with the Product, Operations and Marketing Operations Specialist to implement 

- Create special marketing content for implementation/customer success when needed, such as the launch communication kit, with the help of a dedicated graphic designer.

- Monitor reporting and results for the Customer Marketing activity 



Product & Customer Communication

- Drive the communication process about the monthly Release Notes and quarterly Roadmap: collecting feedback, share news in monthly customer newsletters, support portal.

- Provide customer feedback to the Global Product Marketing team (based in the US, cross-product) & local Product Management teams 

- Lead Ad Hoc and regular Product related communication.

- Lead Ad Hoc and regular Customer communication.

- Organize product-related events in collaboration with Product team to engage customers: product workshops, product demos, …



Product Marketing Support

- Act as a liaison with Global Product Marketing team to influence and help prioritize.

- Understand our personas and engage with our community,

- Write/Localize product-related eBooks,

- Support the sales team with product-related materials,

- Support product launches by defining positioning and messaging.



You are assisted by a Product & Customer Communication Intern.

Qualifications

2/3 years’ experience as Customer Marketing Specialist, Product Marketing or Communication  

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Background in Customer Success Management a plus 

Knowledge of Salesforce & Hubspot a plus 

English - full professional proficiency, German or French a plus 

Ability to work with remote teams all across EMEA. 

Self-driven, capable of leading projects involving different geos and stakeholders.
