We are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst / Consultant to join the Process Transformation and Innovation team. Reporting to the Manager, Process Improvement, this role requires a high energy, collaborative talent who is passionate about process innovation and who has a proven track record of working collaboratively and independently to help a world class organization sustain its success and market leadership, all the while remaining “Hungry, Humble and Smart”.

• Apply Process, program and other methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC and/or others to develop solutions to key business problems. Identify and solution on pain points and gaps and partner on cross-functional initiatives to increase efficiencies and effectiveness across departments and organizations.
• Provide consulting and partnerships with our internal business partners, process owners and technology partners to create solutions that yield targeted and measurable results - particularly around Cost to Serve targets.
• Closely collaborate with functional leaders to generate project sponsorship, participation, and buy-in.
• Develop and lead executive presentations in order to influence key decisions makers and act as a trusted advisor
• Impacts the achievement of objectives by leading major programs that influence the direction of the organization and advocating for necessary resources for effective outcomes.
• Lead initiatives, programs, or multiple projects with substantial risk, integration and complexity; develop the strategy for initiative and process execution.
• Ensure designated improvements are met and process controls are defined, implemented and monitored to sustain results.
• Apply expertise to innovate and develop solutions for unique and complex issues affecting the business, business processes and technologies
• Collaborate on impacted roadmaps (technology, product, customer support, etc.)
• Proactively share and provide guidance on best practices where applicable. Provide mentoring to leaders and individuals based on expertise.
• Understand that success is dependent on transparency and will personally and actively support innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant business experience, including process improvement, program management and business operations
• Understand of and experience with program, change management and/or process methodologies
• Solid communication, problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to constructively challenge current business practices, build commitment and drive change
• Strong project management, teamwork and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, ability to influence others to get results and a demonstrated executive presence
• Ability to identify and overcome obstacles that inhibit team effectiveness
• Self-starter with an ability to work independently, including outside of actual reporting structure

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Lean / Six Sigma certification, Project management certification and/or other equivalent nice to have
