The Privacy Analyst supports activities to develop, implement, administer and monitor compliance in support of Kronos’ Global Privacy Program. Under the direction of the Program Manager will:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including IT, legal and internal business partners to assure compliance with applicable privacy regulations
- Work to effectively reduce risks to the organization
- Think strategically, execute tactically, and build relationships across the organization to encourage a collaborative work environment
- Support, document and research where appropriate inquiries and/or complaints concerning privacy policies, procedures, laws and regulations as necessary to minimize compliance risk
- Provides data for identifying, assessing, and monitoring high-risk issues within the organization
- Support the ongoing maintenance and adherence to Kronos policies, procedures and practices
- Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures, as required
- Stay up-to-date on privacy regulations
- Other duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, information management or computer science or equivalent/ 4-year degree in a technical discipline, legal discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of cumulative hands-on audit, security, privacy and/or compliance experience
• Knowledge of common privacy practices, laws, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, GAPP, etc.), as well as a solid understanding of information security and risk management
• Proven ability and commitment to work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company
• Self-motivated person who takes initiative to tackle problems
• Ability to manage conflict, advocate for ethical outcomes, make difficult decisions and withstand criticism
• Eagerness to take on new challenges
• Ability to identify and communicate potential risk areas to management
