This role is part of our growing Kronos Payroll Services business! The Print Production Specialist II will be responsible for the printing, packaging and distribution of reports, checks and vouchers for delivery to clients using client specific instructions. This individual will work in support of and under the direction of a manager and must be capable of performing in a responsible and efficient manner the techniques and tasks that are assigned.
• Produce and separate clients’ reports, checks and vouchers, seal checks and validates check counts
• Packages clients’ paychecks, vouchers along with applicable reports. Sorts packages and logs by applicable delivery service. Confirms successful Federal Express deliveries
• Maintains daily processing schedule and ensures all payrolls scheduled to process are accounted for and sends out end of day notification to start ACH processes
• Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures
• Ordering and quality check of productions supplies. Order and distribution all general office supplies. Ensures adequate supply of checks, toner envelopes, paper etc. at all times
• Maintains and schedules service calls for all production equipment
• Reviews/audits vendor billing for delivery services
• Assist and train other production staff

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of general office and/or production experience as well as ability to run basic production machinery
• Must be familiar with MS Office, Outlook and Personal Computer operation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time sensitive environment
• Effective at giving and receiving feedback and possess a high level of comprehension and retention
• Ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentially both internal and external to the organization
• Must be able to stand for majority of the duration of the work shift as well as lift up to 50lbs
