We are looking for a Scrum Master who can effectively communicate challenges and project progress and who can strike a balance between focusing on project deliveries and implementing Agile best practices

• Act as Scrum master for at-least 2-3 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards lean concept.

• Facilitate all the scrum ceremonies including Scrum of Scrum and cross geo coordination.

o Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meeting.
o Ensure demo are conducted to stakeholders for each functional delivery.
o Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
o Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs.

• Supporting and educating the team and Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Reach out to the across company network for impediment removal.

• Identify and maintain relevant metrics that gives the team insight into how they are doing.

• Identify and address challenges in the Scrum process that negatively impact team productivity

• Work with other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams.

• Liaise between the team and product management for better communication between the disciplines.

• Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams.

• Participate and help to facilitate the Scrum Master Community in the local site as well as globally to foster on-going improvement in the global development process.


- Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication or related field with excellent academics from reputed college.
- 9 to 12 yrs of experience in IT / Software Industry, Experience in working with MNC, and should have handled one or more projects at the same time
- 3 to 5 yrs of managing Scrum Processes and teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong software development / testing background is a must.
- Excellent leadership,communication & colaboration, people management skills
- Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take initiative  

Soft Skills:
- Self motivated, pro-active, initiative to learn and show high levels of creativity and innovation to evangelize new ideas
- Should possess excellent problem solving capability and ability to approach problems in a thoughtful and practical manner
- Must have the ability to drive a plan to completion combined with good written and oral communication
- Good communication skills
