1. Maintain and create patch builds for local and remote employees. Ensure smooth delivery of builds working with remote counterparts to provide coverage and hand-off of critical issues.
2. Maintain service pack build and task stream management for all CE streams as well as interfacing with next new product deliverables
3. Communication with the NPD and CE teams on new configuration and delivery options and improvement options
4. Develop and debug customer issues found in the installation of configuration code of the Kronos system
5. Work to understand and improve the cloud based delivery of service pack and patch content to the Kronos Cloud customer base


1. 8+ years experience of release management, installation work in a client / server architecture
2. Working knowledge of AccuRev or other source control systems including stream creation and snapshot capabilities
3. Understanding of Jenkins for managing and publishing scheduled and ad-hoc builds
4. Experience with Oracle and SQL scripting and understanding the deployment of scripts
5. Experience writing and debugging ANT and IVY scripts
6. Experience working with Gradle and Artifactory for developing builds and setting up release streams
7. Ability to communicate both verbally and written to a variety of audiences
8. Working with remote and local engineers and willingness to work off hours at times to deliver on customer commitments including weekends and holidays at times
9. BS or equivalent in Computer Science

1. InstallShield programming experience in a multi-platform environment
2. Experienced user of JIRA preferred
3. Knowledge of Agile practices
