Description

The Presales Enablement Specialist provides learning & development, as well as, strategic and operational support to the Presales Organization. The Presales Enablement Specialist supports Presales onboarding, new hire training, and learning & development programs to improve overall people and team performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic (self-motivated/driven), excellent communication skills, able to present information effectively, delivers high-quality work, technically savvy, and has excellent project/program management skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Design, plan, and deliver enablement programs, including onboarding, to support learning & development initiatives which help drive sales results
• Provide high quality learning & training programs to improve Presales Consultants skills and performance
• Create training curriculums, learning videos, and facilitation guides
• Develop project plans, job aides, participant guides, and facilitator manuals
• Work closely with Presales leadership to understand current needs & challenges, and to coordinate, develop, and deliver relevant vertical-specific content & materials
• Develop collaborative relationships with key business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other learning staff to identify learning opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing and Product SMEs to ensure messaging & content is relevant for Presales and to ensure all material is ‘field-ready’
• Design, plan, and execute the Presales annual virtual conference
• Setup, host, & moderate remote web conferences and educational webinars
• Work with 3rd party vendors to design, develop, & execute on training programs such as APA, SHRM, Six Sigma, Business Presentations
• Lead Presales LMS Administrator for Allego, Cornerstone, Schoox, as well as supporting tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Presales spokesperson on LMS cross-functional meetings with Corporate HR & cross-functional leaders
• Assist Presales with use of presentation & video editing tools such as Brainshark and Camtasia.
• Coordinate Presales staffing assignments for major tradeshows
• Support the New Hire training program

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
• BA/BS degree strongly preferred
• Software industry experience strongly preferred
• 2+ years of project/program management and eLearning and training development experience
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (able to summarize content, communicate value, & engage audience)
• Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint; MS PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
• Experience with web conferencing tools such as GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Zoom, as well as learning management systems such as Allego, Cornerstone, Schoox
• Experience with creating videos and using video editing tools such as Camtasia a plus
• Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with ability to work collaboratively with others, as well as independently
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time (post-pandemic)
