The Presales Enablement Readiness Program Manager is responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of product release readiness programs for the Presales organization. He or She will manage product release readiness plans, projects, resource assignments, and training. The Presales Enablement Readiness Program Manager will be the lead contact between the Presales organization and Kronos cross-functional teams for product releases. You will be working with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Global Service Engineering (Enablement/Planning, Internal Training, Customer Training, Global Support), Presales Technology, Presales Field Teams, and Presales Training Enablement.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated top performer with project management skills, communication skills. and experience working with Presales/Sales Solution Consultant teams. Ideal candidate has a background in Presales Consulting and understands what Presales Consultants need to be successful. Workforce Dimensions experience a plus.

Principal responsibilities may include: Principal responsibilities may include:
• Represent Presales organization and Presales product release readiness needs
on product cross-functional teams. Acting lead Presales representative on
product suite release readiness team meetings.
• Create Presales product release readiness plans. Determine Presales needs
and create plans to ensure Presales Consultants are ready to support the
product(s) and support Sales. Consult with Presales Management on plans and
strategic direction.
• Work with cross-functional departments to align release delivery plans and
deliverables.
• Ensure Presales field organization is represented on internal advisory boards,
cross-functional product meetings, internal product evaluations, internal
readiness events, and other product programs. Centrally coordinate Presales
staffing assignments.
• Conduct and run Presales cross-vertical team meetings on product release
readiness plans and initiatives.
• Acting liaison between field Presales vertical teams, global Presales teams, and
Presales support teams. Ensure teams are informed and understand
readiness activities that impact their teams.
• Plan advance demo team training and field roll-out training. Consult on
business content and with subject matter experts.
• Manage Presales product SharePoint sites - update product release schedules
and product information.
• Manage & host on-going product knowledge transfers and educational
webinars for Presales.

Qualifications

• Project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced presentation skills. Able to summarize product and highly technical
information; communicate value
• Understanding of enterprise software and technology business
• Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint; MS PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
• Experience with Web Conferencing tools
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Must be a self-starter and assertive to obtain needed information from senior
personnel under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Education and/or Experience:

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• 6-10+ years Presales Consulting, Solution (AE) Consulting, Business Consulting
related
• Kronos product knowledge a plus preferably SaaS solution and/or Workforce
Dimensions
• 5-8+ years of project management experience
• Software industry experience strongly preferred
