OVERVIEW:
Responsible for implementing Kronos Workforce Management Solution including Forecasting and Advanced Scheduling. In addition to net new customers, this role also has reasonability to support upgrades from prior version of Kronos WFC platform. As a Director your fill have a total P&L responsibility more than $10m managing Practice Managers, Program Managers, Solution Consultants and Application Consultants. Your team of 20-30 that works across both Cloud and on-premise implementations and they work remotely across the country, including a consultant globally.

RESPONSIBILITES:
•Responsible for a P&L with $10m in revenue.
•Coaching and development of a team of 20-30 individual contributors.
•Drive efficiency into the organizations through continued process re-engineering of existing workflow.
•Ongoing development of intellectual assets supporting service delivery – tools, templates, scripts, etc.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•10-15 years of professional experience with 5-10 years supervisory experience preferred.
•BS or BA Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
•Demonstrated success in working in a highly collaborative virtual team environment to address cross-functional issues.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
•Must be able to multi-task and effectively function in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
•Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal skills.
•Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
