• Create plans, programs, campaigns, and content that educates the Broker/Advisor Partners on Kronos’ HCM solutions and communicates the values and differentiators that Kronos is able to bring to prospective clients.
• Create and/or curate referral partner collateral and educational content that keeps Kronos “top of mind” with targeted partners
• Manage the distribution of content through multiple channels
• Organize and facilitate HCM product and solution webinars, workshops, and demonstrations
• Work with HCM Marketing resources to customize product collateral to specific referral channel needs
• Success will be measured by team and referral partner satisfaction scores and level of impact on the referral program metrics


Required Skills:
• High level knowledge and understanding of HCM technology and services
• Broker and/or HR Advisor experience (desired)
• Experience in a larger HR software organization
• Marketing, sales support, sales operations experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Experience interfacing with all levels of management (internal and partners)
• Proactive, detail oriented, flexible, and able to multi-task along with strong organizational skills, including project management experience
• Comfort navigating complex internal teams across the organization
