The Part-time Specialty Support will be supporting a team that focuses on ensuring UKG customers have the highest levels of customer service and support for their time and attendance and business intelligence products. You will be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate the following:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Learn and support Ultimate Software’s UltiPro Time Management application
• Teamwork
• Problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding quality support to internal and external customers with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise
• Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant product offerings, scope documents, and current department policies and procedures in order to provide accurate solutions to customers
• Issue ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution which includes supporting escalations if appropriate and providing customer updates
• Responsible for entering and maintaining customer call problem/description detail integrity in call tracking system
• Consistently model the highest levels of support orientation and professionalism
• Adheres to Support Center Practices (SCP) guidelines
• Other project tasks as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications:
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player, positive attitude, and passionate about providing World Class Customer Service
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional experience utilizing strong customer service skills

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
• Experience working with technology
• Experience with MS Office
• AS degree or equivalent experience
