We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and practical Paralegal to join our global legal department to primarily support the commercial contract function. In this role, you will work closely with our domestic and international commercial contract attorneys and contract negotiators, as well as interact with other departments such as Sales Operations, Order Management, Proposal Services, and Finance. You will also support the larger legal team as needs arise. This role requires a self-motivated and highly collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

•Manage key processes and content workflow for global legal department supporting team of domestic and international attorneys and contract negotiators
• Review, negotiate and manage nondisclosure agreements to support needs of our global business
• Assist business in managing assignment agreements and related inquiries
• Administer and update standard templates within department’s template management system (SpringCM)
• Assist business with general legal inquiries, ensuring adherence to established policies and principles
• Perform other functions such as proofreading, redlining, maintaining and updating form files, organizing and maintaining reference materials and databases
• Provide support to the Legal team on projects as needs arise


• 5+ years of paralegal experience either in a law firm or in-house legal team environment, or a combination of both
• College degree or paralegal certification required
• Experience with customer and vendor transactional matters, particularly nondisclosure and assignment agreements
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, SpringCM, Salesforce or other similar CMS and CPQ tools
• Experience working in a global company
