Description

We are seeking an Overlay Sales Specialist who is looking for a new challenge who can utilise their technical and commercial skills to demonstrate the true value and capability of Kronos cloud solutions across EMEA.

This role will work in partnership with Kronos direct sales teams and resellers in EMEA for new prospects and existing customers as part of the Kronos Cloud sales team across multiple verticals.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with direct field sales team to provide strategic account focus and solution selling/packaging of cloud offerings.
• Work with our direct field sales team and reseller to aggressively prospect and build cloud/SaaS pipeline and knowledge.
• Provide individual deal consulting to sales organization on how best to present Kronos Cloud solutions.
• Uses thorough knowledge of Kronos' Cloud solutions to win deals.
• Work with direct field sales to aggressively prospect and build cloud/SaaS pipeline.
• Provide in-depth technical presentations on Kronos SaaS solutions and cloud services.
• Drive sales efforts through IT, technical, and security assessments.
• Create and deliver in depth cloud ROI, TCO and financial options as part of the overall cloud value proposition.

Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating and selling the value of cloud solutions preferably within Workforce or Human Capital Management.
• Selling and deep understanding of hosting managed services, SaaS and/or Cloud solutions.
• A successful track record in selling or supporting high revenue complex solution sales over a sustained period of time. Exposure to perpetual license agreements, cloud infrastructure, security and SaaS.
• Excellent commercial and influencing skills at VP and C type level with the ability to seek out and develop ‘trusted advisor’ relationships. Also, experience of creating internal relationships and a collaborating mentality.
• Technically minded combined with strong commercial acumen and professional communication skills.
• Ability to Travel up to 50%.
