This position is on the Finance Order Management team and is a key point of contact with all cross-functional departments. The Order Processing Analyst will report into the Manager of Order Management.

About the Role:
• Execution of the quality assurance in order management in support of bookings
management and revenue recognition
• Review and validate submitted documentation to ensure compliance to order
submission criteria
• Throughout the life cycle of the deal, liaise between sales operations, legal, credit,
revenue recognition and other cross-functional partners to ensure all orders are
reviewed and released timely, accurately and completely within established
Agreements (SSLAs)
• Assist the revenue recognition team in filing/compilation documentations for audit
• Drive continuous process improvements, define and implement standardized and
optimized workflows to support finance and the order management processes
• Proactively solicits ideas from sales operations and other teams to improve order
management processes, guidelines and participates in updating the OM
• Extended work hours required, including possible weekend hours at quarter end



• Education/Experience: College degree or comparable work experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of order management experience is required, preferably in the software industry.
• Experience with Oracle or other enterprise ERP is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required. Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Force or other enterprise level CRM is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and a desire to go above and beyond to provide exemplary service is a must.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, sense of urgency, and understanding the importance of the function and required outputs are necessary and should be demonstrated through previous work experience.

Additional Requirements:

Due to month and quarter-end requirements, candidate must be able to work overtime during the last week of a month or quarter end and possibly on the Saturday of a month and quarter end.
