The IT organization is looking for an Oracle EBS Business Analyst to be part of a global team focused on supporting our ERP footprint and implementing small to medium sized system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting multiple modules of Oracle EBS in organizations of medium to large software companies on a global level. The IT Business Analyst must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking.
The Oracle EBS Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
• Independently manages and owns support queue, prioritizing work according to business needs and implementing fixes/changes adhering to Kronos Change management process.
• Analyzes, documents, implements and validates business requests for configuration changes, including analyzing potential impact on integrations and data warehouse solutions.
• Analyzes complex business problems and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are cost effective, meet user requirements and complements business processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, understanding their challenges and associated IT solutions and requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and recommend short-term workarounds and permanent solutions.
• Create Knowledge Base articles and promote knowledge transfer to team members and other IT support teams.
• Collaborates regularly with other Business Analysts on cross-functional requests and solutions.
• Work together with Technical staff to develop custom extensions to seeded business applications when needed.
• Works closely with QA analysts and will perform regression, unit and integration testing.


• Techno-functional Analyst with 3 – 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS 11i
• Proficient in three or more of the following modules:
• Order Management/Accounts Receivable/Service Contracts/General Ledger/Accounts Payable/iProcurement
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS data model, SQL, query tool such as TOAD.
