The ideal candidate for the Operations analyst position will be highly responsive and organized, who has strong analytical and project management skills. This position will perform a variety of ongoing day to day operations activities in support of the Technology, Operations, Products, and Support organization. Utilizes systems, resources, and data to ensure timely and accurate resolution of business issues in the most effective and productive manner, to include making recommendations and assist with implementing changes to improve operations activities.
• Partner with management team to develop operations insights and identify new workflow automation opportunities through observation and analysis; Creating ad hoc reports as requested
• Maintain organizational headcount reports and assists with budget cost tracking and capital expense tracking
• Manage and coordinate space planning to include forecasting for growth, ongoing maintenance of seating chart, coordination of new employee seating, and existing employee relocations.
• Outside consultant management to include processing of purchase order requests, and invoice processing. Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for key strategic vendors; Manage purchasing, renewal, distribution, and tracking of a variety of software licenses; Manage and coordinate new hire equipment
• Maintain and continuously improve the TOPS tab on company intranet; Update and maintain organizational email distribution lists
Work on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects and initiatives; Train relevant internal personnel on any new processes or procedures.


• A minimum of 5+ years of business experience in a corporate environment
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint SharePoint and the ability to quickly learn Oracle Business Suite and ServiceNow
• Strong analytical abilities to process information and resolve problems
• Ability to effectively analyze and communicate relevant information and insights; Knowledge of budgets
• Demonstrated ability to think critically about proposed process changes and provide recommendations for problem resolution and/or improvement. A continuous improvement focus is highly desired
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, juggling multiple tasks, while establishing and maintaining working relationships with a variety of personalities and complex situations
• Creative, energetic, can do attitude with ability to change directions, work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities, strong attention to detail, project management skills and excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
