Description

This position is responsible for ensuring high quality, streamlined and cost-effective delivery of Corporate Services in a fast-paced, dynamic, and diverse environment. The responsibilities of this spans across three different areas of the business. Corporate Services (including Health and Safety), Travel Management and Procurement support. This role will partner with corporate and business unit leaders to perform periodic portfolio reviews and establish short and long-range plans to ensure we are meeting Best Practices in facilities operations, business continuity and duty of care management.

Facilities and Operations:
• Business Continuity, Duty of Care and Life Safety Best Practices
• Office standards, policies, procedures and guidelines needed to sustain the facility
• Manage Health and Safety objectives in line with work safety legislations
• Be the primary point of contact for site level security
• Manage facilities and CAPEX budget for EMEA

Procurement:
• Acting as the on-site point of contact for Procurement related inquires
• Providing tactical support during RFP and Contract negotiation events
• Maintain a repository of vendor related contracts
Travel Management:
• Manage relationship with Egencia (travel services provider) in the region – be primary point of contact for any issue escalations and quarterly reviews
• Work with US Travel Team to plan all small meetings with hotel rooms and space

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Previous experience within a Facilities Management role
• Have a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a balanced mix of strong people, technical and analytical skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and listening and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to plan, execute and manage projects effectively, efficiently, and timely
• Have superb written and oral communication skills, and the ability to operate in team environments and ability to work with people from other geography.
• Be computer proficient and literate (fluent in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
