We are adding to our SMB sales team across the Benelux region...we are going from strength to strength with double digit growth year on year.

We are seeking an Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge who can utilise their direct selling skills to identify and develop new business opportunities.

This role will grow our new SMB customers, achieve revenue targets and execute a sales plan with clear goals, strategies and actions.

Qualifications

About You

Ideally you will have:
•Proven sales experience within IT /software Solution / ERP Solution selling in Retail & Distribution services and for Manufacturing
•Preferable from leading companies: in Time & Attendance market, Access management, ERP, Human Capital market, Payroll providers
•Excellent Field Experience in SMB market Dutch & French speaking
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Dutch, French and English
•Ability to present a clear business case
•Driven to succeed through discipline and self-motivation
•A positive & entrepreneurial attitude: ‘can do - will do mentality’
•Bachelor or University degree
•Travel (25%)
