Kronos Core Technology Team is seeking a seasoned System Engineer capable of integrating into an experienced team responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of Active Directory, Exchange, Vmware and other infrastructure services. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to

•Proactive performance monitoring and tuning of Network Services environment like, Active Directory, Exchange, VM environment etc. to achieve high availability and optimum performance levels
•Identity, troubleshoot and provide timely escalation of environment issues without deviation from established policies and procedures
•Active participation in activities/changes/upgrades in India, as well as global locations as needed and collaborate/coordinate with Global teams on day to day basis for resolution/optimization which could involve off hour support
•Service Now exposure and Task/Incident request handling with ability to handle escalations.
•Patch Core Windows servers including Exchange.
•Create and update Network services documents regularly.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree plus more than 6+ years of experience with enterprise network services.
•MS Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE will be an added advantage.
•At least 3-4 years of experience in MS Exchange 2010. Knowledge of Exchange 2016 would be an added advantage.
•Working knowledge of MS Active Directory environment.
•Working knowledge of Windows\PowerShell scripting would be an added advantage.
•Working knowledge of tool to support patching and other automation.
•Working knowledge of VMware and Server hardware.
•Thorough knowledge of DHCP/DNS services.
•Understanding of authentication and authorization servers like radius.

•The person should have the desire to learn new technologies and do whatever is necessary to help the team succeed. Should be self-starter and diligent.
•Learn to manage expectations, able to handle unexpected events, and proactively handle/highlight task conflicts
•Build trusting relationship with Corporate peers by being open and accessible.
•Able to communicate issues/ideas and engage in IT staff and sub-architecture meetings. Should not be a silent observer.
