The Kronos Core Technology team is seeking a seasoned system engineer capable of integrating into an experienced team responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of network services such as Active Directory, Exchange, and vmWare as well as other network infrastructure. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactive performance monitoring and tuning of services like Active Directory, Exchange, and vmWare etc. to achieve high availability and optimum performance levels
With an emphasis on:
° Exchange (on-Prem/Cloud) services
° Mail gateway (Axway/Mimecast) services
• Identify, troubleshoot and provide timely escalation/resolution of environment issues
• Active participation in activities/changes/upgrades with Global teams on a day-to-day basis for resolution/optimization which could involve some off hours support
• Issue task/incident request handling with the ability to handle escalations
• Regularly create and update network services documents
• Participate in Endpoint Protection projects/services
Exposure to BeyondTrust PowerBroker for Windows, Cylance and/or BigFix would be ideal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 years of experience or 6 years of equivalent work experience
• MS Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE will be an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, version 2016 preferably, as well as a working knowledge of Exchange in the cloud would be an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and surrounding technologies
• Strong Windows\PowerShell scripting skills
• Working knowledge of tools to support patching and other automations
• Working knowledge of VMware and Server hardware
• Understanding of authentication and authorization servers like radius
