A leader that has a good track record of hiring, managing, motivating and developing a team of high quality, success-oriented sales executives   Role expectations In this highly regarded role, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of sales executives, a mentor/coach to maximize the full potential of the team, to overachieve/perform to maximize revenue. To ensure that your team are ready to work with executive decision makers in order to close new business opportunities and deliver results. You will be consultative and innovative, working with your team members to enable clients and stakeholders to embrace Cloud workforce management solutions across their organisation.   Great results, of course, are well rewarded not just with high OTE and benefits, we also treat our talent at our annual “legend’s” club which are held in exotic locations (e.g. Hawaii, Italy).


Your experience To be successful in this position, we are looking for talented a Sales leader with a background in software and proven experience in B2B direct sales. A true leader that can take the business to another level, 5-7 years sales management experience with the ability to lead the team through the full sales cycle.   Expertise in software selling is expected and experience in Cloud, SaaS (3 - 5 years selling SaaS is ideal). An aptitude in selling through to C-level decision makers is also a key requirement for this role. Superior relationship and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority at all levels of the organization, including peers, direct reports and senior leadership Ability to lead from the front with clients Someone who has managed teams (5-10 field sales or BDM's).
