The QA Manager will be responsible to be the technical lead of his/her team of QA engineers and will ensure that software products are delivered timely with excellent quality. He/she will also be responsible for delivering a quality release and set of features – making decisions about feature readiness and identifying areas for quality improvements.

• Prioritize requirements and always have team working on priorities, help team understanding the work assigned and eliminate impediments faced by the team
• Regularly monitoring the status and taking corrective action, timely identification and mitigation of technical and non-technical risks
• Manage/Supervise a team of 8-12 experienced software QA engineers, participate in their development plan and performance reviews
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of modules
• Follow Kronos’ processes and practices
• Collaborate with counter parts at different location to understand team’s assignments and help team signing up for them, timely report the status to superiors and counter parts
• Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take initiative, schedule and attend 1-1 meetings with sub-ordinates


• 12+ years of relevant industry experience
• 3-4 years of experience in People Management, Team Management
• Excellent on testing, a strong quality assurance management background is desired with working knowledge of automation technologies
• Decent software development management background is desired
• Able to work in an Agile/Scrum mode
• Key skills include an ability to organize and motivate a team, analyze and resolve risks, execute a project plan and communicate status accurately
