The duties of the Cloud Delivery Manager are to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Kronos Cloud SAAS services offering. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in managing the delivery of 24 X 7 customer facing Public Cloud environments. This position will work within the organization to manage effective 24 X 7 Cloud infrastructure delivery. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of Cloud delivery, resource hiring, managing staff, coaching, evaluating personnel and direct the evolution of processes and procedures related to the SAAS delivery.
Primary charter is to manage the delivery of the Cloud services platform, Network, Tools and Security related services. This role ensures that all services are delivered according to best practice ITIL based policies, procedures and standards.

•Manage the delivery of Kronos Cloud services across all technologies and environments.
•Implement improvements to process and procedures regarding the administration, maintenance and delivery of Cloud SAAS environments from Infrastructure perspectives.
•Management of customer facing environments and interact with customer during triages and troubleshooting.
•Management of systems and network infrastructure in a Public Cloud.
•Management of delivery tools and automation in a Public Cloud.
•Management of security engineering and compliance in a Public Cloud.
•Work with customers, internal stakeholders (engineering, services) on continued service delivery.
•Coach and mentor staff to ensure personnel are working efficiently and accurately as possible in a team oriented professional culture.
•Plan projects, training, objectives, timelines, deliverables and milestones for the SOC.
•Provide metrics and updates that meet Cloud delivery requirements.
•Provide capacity management and forecasting of Cloud SAAS environments.
•Provide feedback and recommendations to management for continues improvement of the Cloud SAAS environment.
•Take ownership of Platform assignments and be open to take on other duties.
•Working knowledge of JIRA, Red Hat Linux, Application virtualization, Google Cloud, AWS Cloud
•Experience as a Manager of SaaS/Cloud Hosted Operations, Public Cloud preferred.


Min. of 10 yrs. of professional experience with 3 years in leadership/mentoring role with:
Essential Functions:
•Must have managed 24x7 infrastructure operations (Hosted/Public Cloud).
•Hands on experience building, delivering and supporting SAAS products.
•Experience in managing senior and junior technical resources in an enterprise environment.

Additional skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable in global working environment.
•Good at building team and cultivating team work.
•Experience working with off-shore delivery company and distributed teams is a plus Project planning, budgeting and resource management including good knowledge of project management tools would be an added advantage
•Familiarity with ITIL processes would be an advantage
•Ensure operating standards are developed, maintained, and adhered to.
•Skills to train and mentor staff members.
